Method: 1 The first way to use hemp seed oil is that you can directly apply it to your skin. This way only works well if you have irritation, dry patches, or allergic reactions on the skin that you want to soothe quickly.
Method: 2 The second method is that if you are using hemp oil to treat acne so you can apply it topically means applying the hemp oil on that area and leaving it for at least 10 minutes and after that, wash that area with warm water.
Method: 3 If you are thinking that whether hemp oil is suitable for your skin or make sure that you won’t get an unwanted reaction of using hemp seed oil, them follow these steps-
- Wash a small area of your upper arm and dry it.
- Now, Apply a small amount of pure hemp oil to that small area.
- Now, gently cover that area with a bandage where you apply the hemp oil and leave it for at least 24 hours but make sure that the bandage is wet.
- If you feel or see any redness, burning, itching, or other irritation problem then remove the bandage immediately and wash that spot with soap and warm water. Now, it is assumed that the hemp oil is sensitive to your skin and it is advised you not to use hemp seed oil.
- If you don’t see any reaction or irritation problems then it is said to be that hemp oil is safe to use and can be used for further treatment of your skin.
